As a solo traveler, I loved the comfortable queen-size bed, spacious room with great facilities, and the huge flat-screen TV. The bathroom with a deep soaker tub was a nice touch. The full English breakfast was a delightful surprise, and the hotel's proximity to pubs and restaurants made it convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed sitting on the lovely terrace with a drink in hand. The on-site treatment room was a bonus, and I indulged in a refreshing facial.

We had a great stay here. The hotel had everything we needed and was so convenient for the airport, only a short journey away. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. We also loved the buffet breakfast and the bar area was great for a drink in the evening.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised by the design and layout of the room. The bath and shower options were a great feature, and the big windows offered a lovely view of the town. The room had good curtains that blocked out the light, and the large bed with lots of pillows made for a comfortable night's sleep. I also appreciated the nice decoration colors and the spacious tea cups. The lighting was well-placed, and the toilet seat was comfortable. I had a positive experience with the room and its amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff and concierge were excellent - very helpful, polite, smiley, and friendly. They addressed every single request we had straight away. The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy transportation to Gatwick Airport. We were able to reach both the airport terminals quickly and conveniently. The breakfast provided was great, with a good range of options to choose from. We enjoyed a delicious meal, and the portions were decent, even when ordering room service. The staff at the hotel were lovely and accommodating. Special mention goes to Shazia, who was exceptional during our check-out process.

Excellent service at reception and room service. Spacious room and facilities with a feeling of space and comfort. Clean with no cleanliness issues. Exceptional team in the dining room, especially the young ladies. The lady in the club lounge in the mornings was helpful and attentive.

The hotel has a great location, close to both the airport and the city center. It is convenient for adult travelers, with plenty to offer. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, being friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of hot and cold food, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the hotel has a modern and updated foyer, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Some guests have mentioned that there were issues with outdated facilities, such as cracked sinks, frayed carpets, and flaking skirting boards.
